Uva Ursi is a low-growing evergreen native to North America, Asia and Europe, commonly prepared as a wellness tea. It is also commonly referred to as bearberry, because its bright red berries are a favorite of bears.

Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
