Returns Policy for Herb Shop & Organic Foods

At Herb Shop & Organic Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below:
1. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items returned must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Grocery items of any kind are non-returnable.
3. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (912) 489-4372 to request a return authorization.
- Include the original packing slip or proof of purchase with your return.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If an item in your order arrives damaged, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or replacement for the damaged item(s), when applicable. Because shipments are handled by third-party carriers, photographic documentation is required for us to submit a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Damage claims cannot be processed without photographic documentation, as required by shipping carriers.

Please retain the damaged item, shipping box, and all packaging materials until the claim has been fully processed and you have received further instructions.

8. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
