Returns Policy for Herb Shop & Organic Foods

At Herb Shop & Organic Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items returned must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Grocery items of any kind are non-returnable.

3. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns.
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (912) 489-4372 to request a return authorization.
  • Include the original packing slip or proof of purchase with your return.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

6. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If an item in your order arrives damaged, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or replacement for the damaged item(s), when applicable. Because shipments are handled by third-party carriers, photographic documentation is required for us to submit a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Required Documentation

To process a damaged shipment claim, please email clear photographs of the following:

      1. The damaged item

      2. The shipping box, including any visible damage

      3. All packing materials (bubble wrap, padding, inserts, etc.)

      4. The shipping label on the box

Important Information

      • Damage claims cannot be processed without photographic documentation, as required by shipping carriers.

      • Please retain the damaged item, shipping box, and all packaging materials until the claim has been fully processed and you have received further instructions.

      • Photographs and claim requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery to ensure timely processing.

8. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
