7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

- Herb Shop & Organic Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure a secure and accurate shipping address is provided.
10. Damaged Packages
If an item in your order arrives damaged, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or replacement for the damaged item(s), when applicable. Because shipments are handled by third-party carriers, photographic documentation is required for us to submit a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf.

To process a damaged shipment claim, please email clear photographs of the following:

All packing materials (bubble wrap, padding, inserts, etc.)

The shipping label on the box
